Through our work as CEO, Board Chair and board member, and now as advisor to people in these positions, we have explored and looked at why two organizations, operating in the same arena and providing the same products or services, can have astonishingly diverse outcomes and results. We have spent years investigating what makes one business continually prosper and flourish, whilst the other struggles. How can one leadership team run a highly successful organization with ease, and another leadership team work day and night only to see their efforts fall short?
